Two-Z shaped agitator mixer
Two Z-shaped agitator mixer is suitable for various soap production .It consists of a double tank mixing pot and two "Z" shaped Sigma agitators.The two mixing blades are driven by two different speed reducers, so that the material can be quickly turned up and down to achieve the effect of grinding and mixing.Normally, it takes three minutes to grind the soap noodles into powder.The mixer improved the transparency and fineness of the soap noodles.
一、Feature：
1.With water jacket, the temperature is controllable。
2.The mixing blade adopts bidirectional spiral structure and has good grinding effect.
3.Two discharge gates are with their own air cylinder to open/close the gate.
4.The electronic weighing device uses Toledo brand.
5.All metallic parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel 304.
